Frequently Asked Questions
-
Getting started is simple. Reach out through the contact form or schedule a call— I’ll walk you through the next steps and answer any questions along the way. I offer a free 15 minute consultation call to see if this is the right fit for you.

Therapy with me is not about quick fixes or checking boxes. It’s about creating a real, trusting relationship where you feel safe enough to be honest — even when things feel messy or unclear. I work collaboratively, meaning we move at your pace and focus on what truly matters to you, not a one-size-fits-all approach. I believe meaningful change happens when you feel genuinely understood, not judged or rushed.
I take pride in emphasizing active engagement and shared exploration. Rather than sessions feeling passive or one-sided, I work alongside my clients by offering feedback, observations, and guidance throughout our conversations. My goal is to create a dynamic therapeutic space where you feel heard, supported, and actively involved in the work we are doing together.

Individual therapy: $125 for a 50 minute session.
I accept private pay clients and am currently in-network with Aetna and United Healthcare.
For my out-of-network clients, I am able to provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

Private pay allows therapy to stay focused on you, not insurance requirements. Working outside of insurance means greater privacy, more flexibility, and care that isn’t limited by diagnoses, session caps, or third-party oversight. It allows us to collaborate at a pace and depth that best supports your goals.
